Shawn and his brother Andrew took their good friends Kristi and Alix to their prom in Lehi. They had a wonderful day together and then came to our house for a very memorable ... and interesting .... dinner, before heading to the dance. The boys looked so good in their tuxes. The girls looked like princesses.
Dinner was a five course meal; an appetizer, a salad, a soup, and then the mail course above ... cross-eyed chickens. Each meal was served with a different ethnic theme. This course was delivered by a hillbilly ... Eric!
His hillbilly is quite convincing!
He also served a chinese course (complete with the chinese accent), an Indian course, an Italian course, and many other "personalities" that he tapped into. Like I said, it was very "interesting".Thanks Eric for taking the time to make this a fun evening for Shawn and his friends. You're a wonderful Step-Dad and we love you!
