Autumn 's Sophomore Photo Shoot

My good friend Jen Turcsanski -- an amazing photographer -- took Autumn and some of her friends to Star Mill in American Fork for some very special sophomore pictures. These surely aren't your run-of-the-mill (pardon the pun) yearbook photos.  I love 'em!

Shawn gets his wisdom teeth out ... poor dude!

Shawn got 3 wisdom teeth taken out on May 21 ... 4:00 p.m. He did well. One was impacted the the other two came out easily. We're SO GLAD it's done with and he's not on his road to recovery.

Once the gas was helping, Shawn was much more willing to pose. Gotta love the gas!

The deed is done. "How was it?" I asked. "Way better than I thought" he says groggily and muffled through bloody gauze. "Let's do it again!" Little does he know what is in store.

Feeling sleepy, he curls his large body into the front seat.

Still willing to get pictures ... yahoo. Oh, maybe I don't want these ones... ugh.

After a nap, Shawn woke up in a lot of pain. His brother and our neighbor came over and gave him a blessing. With the blessing and some really strong pain pills, he was once again doing well. But a bit swollen.

Goofy Shawn is back! Yeah!

What a nut.

I'm glad to have this DONE!!! A few days recovery and Shawn will be back to his own self and ready to finish his last week of school. Oh to be a teenager again ... NOT!!!
